Our story
The mission of VEHA was not conceived in a boardroom. It was forged in practice, driven by the conviction that the market could be organised fundamentally better.
How it started
The seed was planted at a family gathering, where founders Mick and Sven struck up a conversation. Sven was already running a successful business but needed a smarter way to manage growth. Mick had a background in engineering and management, but kept running into rigid organisational structures. He was drawn to data-driven, people-centred ways of working.
What started as a helping hand quickly became a powerful partnership. Both were direct communicators, action-oriented and driven. During the day they worked their regular jobs. In the evenings they built VEHA from the ground up. How do you manage people effectively? How do you lock down agreements? How do you create repeatable quality?
The moral backbone
During those early months the founding principles were defined. Not empty slogans, but the DNA of the organisation. The starting point is simple and non-negotiable: what is agreed, is delivered. No grey areas, no hidden agendas. VEHA was built to be a reliable, honest partner that consistently keeps its word.
Today VEHA has grown into a tightly organised group with a broad range of services under one recognisable flag. Multiple operational entities are managed from a central structure. Deliberately without middle management, but with crystal-clear task descriptions, direct reporting lines and data-driven systems.

How VEHA is organised
Deliberately without traditional middle management. The organisation runs on automated task descriptions, direct reporting lines and data-driven systems. Every job has three fixed roles: a task lead, a safety lead and a data lead. Technology sharpens processes, streamlines communication and keeps quality measurable.
Investing in people
VEHA structurally invests in team wellbeing. Ergonomic workplace design and equipment that makes the job physically lighter. Training and guidance that helps people grow. Good working conditions are not a perk, they are the standard.
Giving back
VEHA partners with regional organisations to create real opportunities for people facing employment barriers. This is not a marketing story, but a deliberate choice. Everyone who wants to work deserves the chance. In addition, VEHA continuously invests in sustainable cleaning products and reducing the ecological footprint of every project.
